Who processes your data

The site pro-mb.me is run by Pro-MB d.o.o., Montenegro, general distributor for TR-Dog products. For anything regarding personal data, write to Ilija.milic@pro-mb.me or call +382 67 634 004.

What we collect and why

When you send the contact form. We take what you entered: name, e-mail, phone (if you leave it) and the message. We use it only to answer your enquiry about devices, price and delivery. We do not use it for a newsletter, do not sell it and do not pass it on to third parties beyond what is described below.

When you choose WhatsApp or a call. The “WhatsApp” and “Call us” buttons send nothing from this site: they open WhatsApp or the phone app on your device, and you send the message or make the call yourself. WhatsApp’s own terms (Meta) apply.

When you just visit the site. The web server logs the IP address, time and requested address — a standard log used for security and abuse detection.

Who receives the data

Postmark — the service that delivers the form message to our e-mail address. The message content passes through their servers. It is the only external service that sees what you entered.

The site is maintained by Anart Studio (Podgorica), on its own servers.

Analytics

The site uses Umami, a visit statistics tool hosted by Anart Studio on its own infrastructure. Umami sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites and builds no profile of you. Only aggregate data is recorded: the page visited, approximate country, device type and where you came from.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or profiling tools.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to Ilija.milic@pro-mb.me.
